Porch Talk House Carriage House

Seaside Park, New Jersey, 2022 - 2024

The Porch Talk Carriage House Addition is a two-story 1560 square-foot detached carriage house located on the west side of the existing home. The new addition consists of a 26’ x 30’ two-car garage on the ground level and open storage / studio space on the second floor. The addition was designed to be complementary of the existing home’s coastal style architecture that was completed in 2020. The primary building materials are stained western red cedar shingle siding, black framed windows, black brick veneer anchoring the base and a cedar roof with copper accents. The general contractor for this project was Monetti Custom Homes.
