Rooney Residence
West Point Island, Lavallette, NJ, 2017
Located on the outer edge of West Point Island on Barnegat Bay, the Rooney Residence was designed as a new 2400 sq. ft. waterfront residence. The design was elevated to meet the current FEMA and township flood zone requirements. The design of the new home takes it's cues from the family's original mid-century modern home that was flooded during Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Due to family relocation to the west coast of the United States, this design remains unbuilt.
