McGovern Residence

Located on a bluff overlooking the Manasquan River, the McGovern Residence is a 3000 square foot new private residence. The program consisted of an open first floor plan featuring a large kitchen and dining area suitable for entertaining along with living areas designed to capture river views to the north and west. The second floor consisted primarily of a spacious master suite along with additional guest bedrooms.
