Liste Beach House
Loveladies, New Jersey, 2019 - 2021
The Liste Beach House is an existing one-story mid-century modern beach house that was originally built in the mid 1950’s. Around 1992, an updated modern addition was added to the north side of the house by renowned Philadelphia architect, Michael Ryan. Our client had asked us to design a complete interior renovation and exterior remodel, along with two small infill additions, a new deck, and an outdoor shower to the rear of the house. A complete site makeover was also done along with a new 8’ x 42’ in-ground pool. Exterior materials include bleach-stained eastern white cedar siding and trim, aluminum clad anodized windows, Kebony decking, and prefinished metal roofing. This house was a collaborative design effort together with Lorraine Liste Interiors and was completed in 2021.
