Outbuilding Renovation
POINT PLEASANT, NEW JERSEY
The program for this
renovation comprised design and construction of a new outdoor shower and
dressing area. The remaining interior portion is used as storage for the
owner's surfboards, fishing equipment, and gardening supplies. Contrary to
conventional Arts & Crafts philosophy, the decision was made to express the
structural elements in bright white, while natural finishes were selected to
contrast with the stark white frame.
