Metedeconk River

Brick, New Jersey, 2019 - 2021

Located along the edge of the Metedeconk River, this residence was an existing 2600 sq. ft. home originally built in the mid 1980's. The project included an extensive renovation of both the interior and the exterior and takes full advantage of the open river views to the east, south, and west. The second floor includes a new master bedroom and bath addition facing the river and an expansion of one of the existing bedrooms. The new total area of the home is 3125 sq. ft. The general contractor was Baine Contracting.
