HIGHLANDS, NEW JERSEY

This project consisted of a 1 1/2 story addition to the rear of the 30' x 85' lot, along with the complete renovation of the remaining portion of the home.  At merely 447 square feet and only one bedroom, the owners desperately needed to expand their living space.  Located within walking distance from the downtown business district, fishing harbor and commuter ferries to New York City, the owners planned on using the house as a weekend and summer getaway.
