Floristean Residence Addition

Middletown, 2014 - 2016

The Floristean Residence involved a complete exterior makeover of a generic 1980's center hall colonial home. The client desired to add some desperately needed curb appeal to a front facade that was awkwardly proportioned and detailed. The program also included a two-story entrance addition including an upper level covered porch leading off of an existing home office.
