Beach House Renovation

BAY HEAD, NEW JERSEY

Located in the exclusive coastal community of Bay Head, this project involved the renovation of an ordinary 1950's one story bungalow.  Used primarily as a summer residence and weekend getaway, the client desired to update their house with an aesthetic that would be more suitable within the strongly Shingle Style surroundings.  The renovation consisted of a wrap-around porch addition, an outdoor shower / dressing area and a deck for outdoor entertaining, as well as an interior makeover to the existing kitchen and laundry area.
