Inspired by early Arts
& Crafts and Shaker furniture, the SGII Cabinet is a slightly smaller
version of the original Skinnygirl Cabinet.
Featuring six drawers
rather than seven, and a slightly thinner profile, the SGII is also constructed
of solid Cherry with mortise
and tenon joinery throughout. The drawer interiors are constructed of solid
Maple with traditional dust covers and the top of
the cabinet features an inlay of Ebony and Holly,
reminiscent of the "stringers" found in traditional surfboard design.
