POINT PLEASANT, NEW JERSEY

This project consisted mainly of a front porch renovation to an existing 1921 one story bungalow.  With outdated, energy inefficient jalousie windows and aluminum siding, the front porch desperately needed to be updated.  The entire existing house was also to be resided with Western Red Cedar shingles along with new trim boards and bead board soffits.
