Completed in 2000, this project consisted of a second floor master suite and guest room expansion, as well as a partial renovation to the existing first floor. The existing one story 960 square foot home was located on a small, 40' x 85' site, not far from the Manasquan River and therefore takes advantage of second floor water views to the northeast. A new covered front porch and main entrance vestibule were also included to add functionality and curb appeal.
