2008, this new 2 1/2 story, 2100 square foot home is sited on a flat
50' x 150' lot. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is
within walking distance of both the downtown business district and
the nearby ocean beaches. An existing one story rental cottage
was to remain, while the original ninety year old residence and
garage were demolished. Fitting appropriately into the
strongly Shingle Style and Period House surroundings, the owner
wanted a home with an updated plan for contemporary living while
maintaining the charm of the turn of the century indigenous coastal
architecture.
